InnoLive Terms of Service

This document explains the conditions of use and the rights and obligations of users and the Operations Team.

  • Publication date: September 19, 2026
  • Effective date: September 19, 2026
  • Service operations team: Framework team
  • Customer support: contact@innolive.studio

Article 1. Purpose and scope of application

These Terms set the conditions of use of the InnoLive website, applications, web trial, and related services provided by the Framework team (the “Operations Team”), and the rights and obligations of the Operations Team and users.

Processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy and feature-specific personal-information notices. If a separate feature requires additional conditions of use, those conditions are notified in advance in that feature.

Article 2. Service agreement and accounts

A service agreement for members is formed when you agree to these Terms, apply for sign-up, and the Operations Team approves the application. Non-member trials may be used to the extent you complete the use procedures set for the relevant feature.

InnoLive supports the email, Google, or Apple login methods provided in the app. The login methods provided may differ by app and version.

You must use an account you are authorized to use and accurate information. The Operations Team may refuse sign-up or restrict use if another person’s information is misappropriated or the sign-up process is abused.

InnoLive does not impose a separate age limit on sign-up. However, if consent is required by law for processing the personal information of a child under 14, the legal representative’s consent and confirmation of that consent are required. If a minor’s contract requires the legal representative’s consent, applicable law is followed. Account and broadcasting features of external services are also subject to those services’ age of use and eligibility conditions.

Article 3. Features provided

InnoLive provides, to the extent offered on the service screens, face registration, viewing, and deletion; distinguishing registered people in video; mosaicking other faces; processed-video preview; video and audio relay; YouTube connection, broadcast preparation, and transmission; and web trial features.

The features actually provided may vary depending on the device, operating system, app version, network, server status, and the conditions of use of external services. Features under development or not publicly released are not included in currently provided features.

You must secure the necessary internet connection and device access permissions. The Operations Team notifies feature-specific conditions of use and important limitations on the service screens.

Article 4. Management of accounts and authentication information

You must manage your account password and authentication information and take care that others do not use them improperly.

If you become aware of account misappropriation or leakage of authentication information, you must notify customer support. The Operations Team may take measures such as identity verification, ending sessions, or temporarily restricting use to protect the account.

Responsibility for problems arising from an account is determined according to each party’s attributable fault and applicable law.

Article 5. Obligations regarding filming, face registration, and broadcasting

You must secure the authority and legal basis required for filming, face registration, server transmission, and public broadcasting.

When registering another person’s face, you must explain the processing of face information to that person and obtain the required consent. Merely possessing a photo does not confer authority to register it for face recognition.

You must respect others’ rights, including personal information, likeness, privacy, and copyright, in filming and broadcasting. The Operations Team also bears legal obligations regarding the personal-information processing it performs and the operation of the service.

Server-processed preview and public YouTube broadcasting are distinct. Even before you start a public broadcast, using the relevant feature may transmit video before de-identification and audio needed for broadcasting to the operations server.

Article 6. Scope and limitations of automatic processing features

InnoLive provides automatic processing features to reduce face exposure in video. Faces may not be detected, or registered people may be distinguished incorrectly, depending on lighting, filming distance, movement, occlusion, face size, framing, and similar factors.

Face mosaic alone does not remove all other identifying information such as audio, clothing, and background. You must check the filmed content and the actual processing result, and take necessary measures such as stopping the broadcast if unexpected exposure or an error occurs.

Delay, quality degradation, or connection interruption may occur depending on communication and server status. If registered-face feature values in memory disappear because of a restart of the AI process or similar reasons, you may need to register faces again.

This article does not exempt the Operations Team from liability for willful misconduct or negligence, or from liability under law.

Article 7. Prohibited conduct

You must not misappropriate another person’s information or register face information you are not authorized to use. You must not use the service for illegal filming, invasion of privacy, impersonation, harassment, or infringement of another person’s rights.

You also must not bypass access controls without authorization, transmit malware, or interfere with service operations through automated requests beyond the permitted scope.

If a report of unlawful conduct or rights infringement is received, the Operations Team may request materials needed for confirmation and review measures regarding use of the service.

Article 8. Rights in content and scope of use

Rights in photos, video, and audio that you create or lawfully use belong to the relevant rights holder.

You grant the Operations Team a non-exclusive license, to the extent necessary to provide the requested features, to receive the content, process it temporarily, compare and mosaic faces, relay it, or transmit it to an external platform you choose.

That license is limited to the purpose, scope, and period necessary to provide the service. Retention and deletion of content and related personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The Operations Team does not use your photos, video, audio, or facial feature values for AI model training, research, or promotion. These Terms do not include a comprehensive license for uses unrelated to providing the service, such as selling the content.

Rights in InnoLive software, design, and materials created by the Operations Team belong to the Operations Team or the rightful rights holder. Open-source components are subject to their respective licenses.

Article 9. Integration with external services

Google and Apple login and YouTube integration are also subject to each external service’s terms and policies.

InnoLive uses YouTube API Services. When you use YouTube integration features, you must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and you agree to the application of those Terms of Service.

The Google permission InnoLive requests is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube, and it is used to create live broadcasts on your YouTube channel and manage their status.

You must check the connected channel, broadcast title, description, and visibility, and the broadcast preparation and transmission status. Integration features may be limited because of permission restrictions, policy changes, or outages on the external platform.

Deleting an InnoLive account or disconnecting a connection does not mean deletion of existing videos posted to YouTube. Video deletion and changes to visibility must be carried out separately on YouTube.

Article 10. Fees

If the Operations Team provides paid features, it will notify the price, period of use, billing cycle, whether billing is automatic, and cancellation and refund conditions before purchase, and will receive a separate purchase application.

Fees are not charged without your purchase application, and free use is not automatically converted to paid use.

Internet usage fees and costs arising from external services are subject to the conditions of the relevant telecommunications provider or external service.

Article 11. Changes, suspension, and termination of the service

The Operations Team may change features or temporarily suspend the service for feature improvements, security measures, facility inspection, or other operationally necessary reasons.

Changes or suspensions that have a material effect on use are notified in advance with the reason and the time they take effect. If advance notice is difficult because of urgent security measures or unforeseeable outages, notice is given after the measures are taken.

If the service is terminated, the Operations Team will, in principle, notify the termination date and necessary measures 30 days in advance. Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy, and if there are paid users, settlement and refund criteria are notified together.

Article 12. Restriction of use and objections

If a violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or a risk to service security is confirmed, the Operations Team may restrict use of features or the account to the extent necessary.

The Operations Team notifies the reason for the restriction, its scope, and how to object. If urgent measures are needed to prevent the spread of harm, it may restrict first and then notify.

You may raise an objection by customer-support email. The Operations Team reviews the submitted content and related materials and notifies the result.

Article 13. Termination of the service agreement and account deletion

You may request termination of the service agreement and account deletion in the app at Settings > Account settings > Delete account. If it is difficult to complete the request in the app, you may request it by customer-support email.

Ending of broadcasts, cleanup of external connections, and deletion of personal information upon account deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Uninstalling the app or signing out alone does not terminate the service agreement or delete account information on the server. Cancellation of pre-registration and deletion of existing videos posted to YouTube are separate procedures.

Article 14. Damages and liability

If the Operations Team or a user causes damage to the other party by willful misconduct or negligence, that party bears liability under applicable law.

Liability for damage arising from communication outages, external-platform outages, a user’s unlawful conduct, or similar causes is determined according to the cause, attributable fault, and applicable law.

These Terms do not exclude liability that the Operations Team bears under applicable law or restrict your statutory rights.

Article 15. Changes to these Terms

When the Operations Team changes these Terms, it will, in principle, notify the revised content, the reason, and the application date at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes that are unfavorable to users or that are material are, in principle, notified 30 days in advance.

Changes that require separate consent are subject to your consent. If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may terminate the service agreement.

Article 16. Inquiries and dispute resolution

The customer-support email is contact@innolive.studio.

If a dispute arises, the Operations Team and the user confirm the facts and discuss a resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and if a lawsuit is necessary it is filed in the court of competent jurisdiction determined by applicable law.

Supplementary provisions

These Terms are published on September 19, 2026, and take effect on the same day. Consent required for the service agreement is obtained in the relevant procedure.
